OUR FOUNDERS
The UPLF Ministry was established in 1986 by Luis and Maria Perez, who saw the need for a local organization to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and assist individuals. Since our inception, we have evolved into a flourishing nonprofit, reaching out to an increasing number of individuals every year.

Our Christ-centered staff consists of dedicated individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. We work together to provide comprehensive support to them.

We introduced OPERATION LOAN in 2024. This initiative is designed to support the homeless community. We collaborate with our local police department and the health bureau's community connections to deliver essential resources and assistance to those in need. Our partnerships with agencies and volunteers help us provide food, clothing, personal hygiene products, haircuts, and spiritual support.
